Before you cook

Are the oysters in vuelve a la vida safe to eat raw?

The oysters are optional and should only come from an approved, trusted source if you include them raw. Anyone at higher risk of severe foodborne illness — including pregnant people, young children, older adults, or those who are immunocompromised — should skip the raw oysters and stick with the fully cooked shrimp, octopus, and crab or fish instead.
