Is the shrimp safe?

Use very fresh sushi-grade shrimp. Lime cure denatures the proteins in about 10 minutes.

  • 250 mlLime juice, fresh
  • 2Jalapeños or serranos
  • 1 bunchCilantro
  • 1Cucumber, sliced
  • 1Red onion, thin rings
