Base & Finish
- 1 onion + 6 cloves garlicWhite Onion & Garlic
- 3 mediumRoma Tomatoes
- 1 pieceStale Bolillo Bread or Corn Tortillafor thickening
- 1/2 cupPork Lard
- 2 discs (approx. 6 oz)Mexican Dark Chocolate

Stem, seed, and briefly fry the chiles in lard, taking care not to burn them, then soak until pliable.
