Michelada

A cold Mexican lager is doctored with lime juice, Worcestershire, soy sauce, and hot sauce in a Tajín-rimmed glass, with optional Clamato for a spicier, tomato-forward version.

Before you cook
Is Clamato required for a michelada?
No — Clamato is optional here. The base seasoning of lime juice, Worcestershire, soy sauce or Maggi, and hot sauce already makes a classic michelada, and Clamato just adds a tomato-clam-broth dimension if you want it.
