    Heat both salsas separately, and warm the beans until thick enough to form a barrier.

    Fry or griddle the tortillas lightly and place two on each plate.

    Fry the eggs sunny-side up or to your preference and place one on each tortilla.

  4. Cubre con salsa

    Cover the eggs on one side of each plate with red salsa and those on the other side with green salsa.

    Divide with beans

    Spoon a line or mound of beans between them so the sauces remain visually separated.
