Agua de Sandía
Watermelon Cooler
Chilled watermelon cubes are blended and loosely strained into a bright, barely sweetened agua fresca finished with fresh lime — no cooking, so the fresh melon aroma stays intact.

Before you cook
Why shouldn't I heat or cook this agua fresca?
Agua de sandía is meant to stay completely raw — heating the watermelon would dull the fresh melon aroma that defines the drink, so just blend, chill, and serve cold.
